Brake reservoir

Brake reservoir came off when trying to add
fluid. Can I repair it or does it have to be
replaced

If either it or cap show any signs of cracks/leaks it should be replaced. The last thing you want is air getting into brake lines.

Yup, I would replace it. Brake fluid generally doesn't just disappear. Look for a leak.
