my right head lights didn't turn on only my
left lowbeam headlight, i changed my right
lowbeam headlight socket because it was
burnt, now both of my right headlights work
and neither of my left headlights work?

Fuses first. Sounds like you had a short that caused the connector to burn. Make sure all the connections are clean and tight. Check any grounds that may be lose or disconnected. It is a power flow issue. Find the bad connection or open wire. Start with the fuse like Milehighcamaro suggested.
