Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Why are there's no dash lights, tail & head lights
coming on when I start me car .? People say it's the
ground but where would that be. ? Fuses are good
but can't seem to find this ground.

Nothing comes on... On thing I see is the radio & the engine light. I replaced the engine but after that... No lights.
