i think the car governor is set to 112mph im pretty sure and as for power i think its like 180rwhp stock... thats an estimate. just tell him to sell it and get a LT1 Camaro or TA with the Z rated tires no governor mine tops at like 160 or more i had it bouncing which is over 160.

my 96 ws6 would only go 130 (lt1, t-56, flowmaster). it just ran out of steam and couldnt push itself any faster. mine was the same color green as yours too.

thats really wierd cus all i had at the time was a K&N FIPK2 and flowmaster mufflerler and its got the t-56 too. i mean it also has to do with the atmosphere too if u live in a higher region and temprature outside. but thats really odd. i wonder why it didnt go any faster.

how about: you dont know what your takling about? 160? PLLEEAAASSEE The ws6 is probably faster, and if hes going 130,...then you might be an idiot moral of the story is rs's are reall gay and if your friend was smart he'd buy a fox body 5.0 which is a better engine to mod then a gay old 305

Cause a Child molesters 5.0 with its slow ass QTR mile and 0-60 is so much better? Buy a Z i got mine for 3k and its only got 100k miles on it. I can tell you from experience itll smoke a mustang all day.

you guys are all silly. both cars are potent when you dump money into them. i guy i met had a cobra with a ken belle supercharger putting 630hp at the wheels. obviously he kicked my ass. now my other buddy had a stock 07 rustang and i whooped him. then he bought HIS supercharger. regardless, after you pay the insurance, is it all worth it? i dumped my ws6 and bought a 99 tahoe. "station wagon" insurance for me now... back to the point. the 3800 is 200hp the lt1 is 285hp/325lb-ft why does he want to know the top speed? its not like he can drive around that fast. tell him to do himself a favor and swap over to a torsen with 4.11s. his car will have a slower top speed but it will get there really fuckin quick. the only cool RS's are the Y87s

did it have a govenor if not the top speed would be about 150-155

Right now chevys are cheaper to mod then Fords anyway, and you dont have to dump anything in a Z for it to smoke any mustang between 1985 and 2005 thats a good 20 year spread.

My camaro picked up 150 in 4th gear(auto Trans with overdrive, 3.73 rear gears). It did it like nothing, i wasn't flooring it.
