No crank no start

After shifter cable was replaced car had an
intermittent no crank no start problem. Now will
not start at all.all lights come on dash and says
"service break system" code reads throttle actuator
and ignition switch 1 circuit 2

First thing I would try is adjusting the shifting cable. But first disconnect the cable from the transmission side and make sure to push/pull the shifting lever on the trans all the way to park. Then try to start ( keep your foot on the brake just to be on the safe side in case it starts and the trans is in gear). if it doesn't start, you can change the adjustment on the cable, or some times its a bracket. Now key is stuck in igniton, no power what so ever, can not even lock or honk horn
Took the battery for testing and everything checked out fine. Could it be the anti theft system ?
