Any body replacement the dash board cluster lights?  Mine are not as bright as I would
like them.

There might be a problem with the dimmer wheel/knob. Check the output and if it's less than 12 VDC at full bright, try a jumper sending full volts to the dash. You're not getting any brighter than that.

The dimmer knob works fine. It does dim and brighten the lights. They just aren't very bright. Can I replace them with led lights?

Yes, you can replace them with LED's. What voltage are you seeing across the bulb?
