Shifting problems

I have a 2001 Buick regal automatic that won't
move when put into drive but I can manually shift it
from first second and third. Any ideas?

aside from the right fluid level I don't think they had any solenoids or much computer control , Having no D is odd , I would think 1st would go out first , bring it t o a shop see what they say
