The car won't even make a cranking sound. Once I held the lock switch, the entire car including the outside and enterior lights

I will try un hooking the battery and hooking it back, howver what if it is the Anti Theft system, which is what I thought it might be, what steps would I need to follow to find out if it is the Anti Theft?

What steps would I need to take to re set the anti theft system? I just got this car and have no clue.

I would start with unhooking the battery. Then let's go from there. That might fix your problem.
