I have a 2007 Dodge Caliber and when I am driving now it will start it starts to jerk a lot after I stop at a red light and then when I go on green it jerks. Why What could be causing this?

When was last time had a tune up ? Check air filter and clean throttle body and clean or replace Idle Air Control valve or mass air flow sensor replace fuel filter if have not done so in a while add fuel injector cleaner to gas tank.
