Car wont start

My boyfriend has a 06 Acura TSX. For a
while the car was hard to start. It would
crank for a few seconds longer than usual
and then turn over, Or it would just continue
to crank then go silent and youd have to
keep trying until it eventually turned over.
But this morning even the cranking has
stopped you turn the key and all the lights
come on but it doesnt crank or turn over.
The belts under the hood start to move a
tiny bit but stop. The battery is fairly new so
i dont think its that. Can anyone help?

when was the last full tune up? The battery is only part of the equation. If the battery is good, then it might be the starter, but being hard to start early on, makes me think you have need for a tune up.

Same with my Acura TSX 2007 new battery new terminal nothing but the horn works HELP!!!
