Car not starting

Left my key turned in car,drained battery, called
local mechanic shop to come give me a jump, they
came and hooked the cables up wrong and killed
all power to my car, nothing worked except for the
hazard lights, bought a 100/70 amp fuse in one
and fixed the no power issue, all electrical
components are now working, only problem is that
my car won't start, the engine turns over once or 3
times at max when I try to crank, fyi, it has a brand
new optima battery in it, and I'm in a hurry, I have a
rental car, had it for about 11 days, and each day it
burns a deeper hole in my pocket
