my wheel rim has gotten smaller like it is hart to take off it is not corroded or but its like it is hugging the brake caliper and it will get hot when you drive long periods of time

Wheels do not get smaller. The wheel could be bent or the wheel could have a wheel weight or foreign debris contacting the brake caliper. I also suppose that the wheel bearing going out letting the wheel move closer to the caliper could make it rub also. You should be able to see if the rim is hitting the caliper. A stuck caliper could also be generating the heat.
