It's 4 yrs since your post but I am having the exact sound. Did you ever find out what it was?

Actually mine is only a squeak/beep. I've even timed it. At first they were 30 seconds apart then they gradually increased time between the squeaks. Like increasing by 2 or 3 seconds.

We think it's coming from the passenger side lock/window button area

Check the small mud flap on right rear it's below the door underneath the vehicle. It is held in place with clips. One of the clips is not seated properly rubbing the body making a squeaky noise when driving. I work at the Hyundai plant and have found this to be the cause on the complaints that I have dealt with up to the 2014

Customer complained of squeak from RR door. Sounded almost like water dripping from a faucet. Thanks to Gary and his answer. Sure enough i checked the rear mudflap in front of the tire and it was loose. The moment i touched it it made the same squeak we could hear. Noticed it had been rubbing for so long it rubbed through the paint. Placed a piece f foam in between mud flap and body and re secured mudflap. Noise went away.
