where is the power window relay located on a 2007 solara sport convertible

windows go down by themselves every time we turn the ignition on

Under the hood there is a box that says "Fuses & Relay". It in between the battery and the firewall.

no it's not. it's on top of the passenger compartment fuse box. you have to take the panel below the steering wheel off to reach it. it's the small blue relay between the two bigger pink ones
