why would i have water coming out my oil pan?

went to drain the oil first thing that came out was water then ugly oil,also i
removed a spark plug and water came out,what could be going on?

Blown head gasket or intake manifold gasket. Pressure test the cooling system with the engine cold. The cooling system should hold pressure for at least 10 minutes. Also, with the system under pressure start the engine. If the needle on the pressure tester gauge bounces, the head gasket is blown. Hope that helps! Jim
