lights to car

I have a 96 Chevy blazer LS  every time I turn
on my car whether if its warm or cold
outside my lights flicker. Does anybody
know what could it be and what what I need
to do to fix it?? Please and thank you.

Could be a ground wire, or the headlight switch. Try looking for any ground wires that are for the headlights, and clean the connections, and look for any bad part in the wire and connector. Ground wires usually up around the headlights, should be a black wire running and connecting to anything metal.
