If it doesn't work in any speed, check for blown fuse. If fuse is ok, check voltage at the fan motor. If voltage is present at the motor plug and motor still doesn't work, replace fan motor. If no voltage present, check relay and fan switch

Usually it is the blower motor resistor that goes bad. Just verify the blower motor works by running a 12V source to test it.
