Car won't start

Have your catalytic converter checked. It may be deteriorating and plugging the flow of your exhaust. This can drastically reduce your car's performance and make it slow and sluggish as you describe.

Your car does have a Cat unless a previous owner illegally removed it. It is installed in the straight pipe section of the exhaust just after the exhaust pipe connection to the exhaust manifold header.
