my 95 Buick roadmaster starts up an shuts off. i changed the fuel pump the fuel filter is fine. can anyone tell me what might be wing????

Spray some starting fluid in the intake to see if you have a fuel or spark problem.
I did that and it does the same thing before and after changing the fuel pump

fuel pump pressure is fluctuating perhaps down to zero-

there has to be a way of testing the output of the fuel pump.

Doesn't this design have a fuel rail with a shroeder valve on it?

Yup both set off keys I have has chips in them
