Engine swap

Im interested in doing an engine swap, an LT1
from a 95 camero into a 96 camero v6. I know the
motor mounts dont match, the tranny, computer
wiring, and even the rear end may need changing
but what about suspension? Will i need to make
any modifications? I know the LT1 is a heavier
motor but should the suspension already on the
car good enough?

you should buy a front suspension kit because sitting it can hold the weight but you have to take account of when you are braking or going over potholes or speedbumps

Is that expensive? Can i use the suspension out of the 95, where the LT1 is currently residing?

Yes you can... but all you need is the springs (if I'm not mistaken), the architecture is the same for the v6 and v8s.
