is their a cabin filter installed in a 1991 Buick skylark custom 3.3 engine?.

uncle hal with the cigars must have visited your cabin space. I recommend 'fantastic' as a non-invasive to the plastics, yet somewhat aromatic smell you could live with for a time. Other, just smell like a whorehouse and cheapen the value of your vehilce.

The Skylark was a mid sized front wheel drive GM like the Olds Ciera, Pontiac 6000 and Chevy Celebrity. They don't have cabin air filters.
