I think my 1996 4.3 v8 caprice is air locked

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I changed all parts regarding to
overheating/water flow. Now it still runs
hot. At first only at idle , now it's
uncontrollable.This is my baby please help

DID Y REPLACE THE RADITOR CAP, IF YES THEN HERE IS HOW YOU REMOVE AIR FROM THE SYSTEM !

On top of the water pump the thermoset housing theres a brass screw to release halfway and turn on heater n let it run about 20 minutes n you'll see antifreeze comin out and give it gas till you see the meter going down and wait for it that will go down and then tightening back in and i promise you it wont be overheating again
