Why won't my 2002 Jaguar S Type move
when I put it into gear it doesn't go into
reverse and it won't move into drive it just
starts up beautiful and when I put it into
gear it goes nowhere

These are famous for having weak transmissions- if you are lucky, it might just be the shift linkage, or some electronic doo-dad

My 02 will not communicate when being tested for emmission

It likely has a linkage issue or is low on transmission fluid, I have the same issue, will repost when I find the solution soon.
