Buying a used 2001 Jaguar S-Type 4.0

Could anyone shed some light on maintenance issues I may incur with purchasing this car with 80K miles? It is in beautiful condition and the price seems right for our marketplace.

don't buy it....check some of the jaguar blogs....i own the v6...u will have most of the same issues.....there are many and all expensive to fix....if they can be fixed.
