My 2000 Jaguar S-Type self lock once the car start to move. Recently it starts to unlock once moving or when I lock it with key or remote

Asked by Equinox_2073 Mar 30, 2018 at 07:43 PM about the 2000 Jaguar S-TYPE 3.0L V6 RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I lock my car with the key or remote control the lock engaged and immediately unlock itself, never staying lock. Normally the car automatically lock all doors once, again the doors lock and then unlock never staying lock.
It is 2000 S-Type

You can program the locks to work as you want. Check your owners manual on how to do it.
