96 cavalier crank no start no dash lights everything checks out. help!

1996 cavalier 2.2 automatic 2 door coupe
car will crank and act like is starting and will immediatly shut off and will not
try to start again for a few min. if you turn the key right away after trying to
start it only cranks.
fuel pump works i can hear it turn on and i can smell the fuel after trying to
start it a few times.
checked every single fuse on the car all work and none are blown.
even though the old ignition switched didnt seem bad i changed it out with no
change.
pulled out the radio and unplugged it. was not recieving power either.
obd2 is not receiving power
cigaret lighter is not recieving power. pulled it out and no power to wires
pulled spark plugs and tested for spark on each wire all check out good with
spark.
head lights do not work.
wipers work, heat and a/c turn on and blower fan will turn on, turn signals
and hazards also work.
any help is greatly appreciated.

sounds as if there is a wire broken or a relay is not working ,the bigger square things in fuse box outside in engine bay check those

Thank you for the quick reply, all of the fuses under the hood and inside the car check out. I have not checked the relays as I didn't think one of those could be the problem. I'll check them tonight when I get home from work.
