Intake Manifold Part?

What is the elbow where the PCV hose dumps into the intake manifold? Is this
a PCV valve as well or just and elbow?

No I took it off because the hose was split, it had a ball in it. I replaced with a PCV valve and now it has hard time starting. I attached a better pic, it's in the middle with the yellow cap on it. This is on the plastic Air intake on top, it has a hose that connects it to the PCV valve in the valve cover on the drivers side

If you need a 90 degree bend your local auto parts store should have one.

That's what I need to know "is it just a 90 elbow or a PC vavle" ? You have airflow though intake and you have pressure coming up from valve cover. So
