Hi Solomon! That could be problematic, but the place to start is to trot down to your local dealers parts shop. The guys at the counters of these things are usually full of useful information and they can probably give you a good jury rig solution if there is one to be had. That's where I'd start. Good luck!
replace the old sleeve with a new one and start over.
If I understand you, when you say sleeve are you talking about the back side of the pump which attaches to the engine. This part is what couples both splines together to allow your pump impeller to spin. You can either go to the junk yard or dealership. No parts store will have this part. OR..... you can do what I did and install a electric water pump. I used the Meziere high flow bought through Jegs or Summit racing. You no longer use your engine to spin the pump impeller it's electric. Draws low amps. It installs on the front side of your pump via the inspection plate. I also had the pump housing powder coated red. The electric pump is black. It looks great under the hood. Not only did I free up alittle HP. (only a little) I also flow more coolant which helps keep engine cooler. Stock pump flows around 30 some GPM, the regular electric flows 40 some GPM and the high flow electric flows 54 GPM. Good Luck.
