does it sound like its go good compression when cranking?
if you have compresion fuel and a spark it should start double check the ignition timing marks and ensure you are coming up to compression at tdc and that you are not 180 degrees out
not sure what you mean by sound like compression is good
a quick check is to crank it over and listen the starterand exhaust to see if it is even and uniform in sound also check for vacuum leaks

Just to summarize, correct me if I'm wrong: you're definitely getting a spark to all plugs; you're definitely getting fuel to the injectors; when you replaced the aforementioned components, the wiring and connectors were Not cracked, broken, rotten..... Does the engine sound like it's cranking faster than normal? If it's not too difficult for you, pop the valve cover off the front and see if the rocker arms are moving... if not, then your timing chain broke. The 3.1 is an "interference" type engine. If or When the timing chain goes, the valve train gets wrecked.
If you are getting spark then you are doing this by cranking. You describe not starting. Check the engine compartment fuse box. Look at the Injector fuse ( INJ ) normally a 10A (red). If it is blown there is a short going to an injector wire. Put a new 10A in. Turn key on/off ( not start ) and recheck it. If blown, most likely spot of short in under the plenum where it wore against the block as the motor idles.
