I have a 2006 GMC 2500 Duramax

I have a 2006 GMC 2500 Duramax, it will not shut off even when I turned the
key off and remove it from the ignition.  Also when this happens the windshield
wipers and headlights will not turn off either.  Anyone have this problem or a
solution
