3 months ago, while towing a trailer, my truck began to make a bad noise and rubbing vibration. It sounds and feels as though it is in the front center of the vehicle. The noise completly will go away and return after complete stops. It goes away after full stops or freeways. The noise is most common around 40 mph. The front tires chopped and now te truck shakes. I have replaced both wheel bearings. I'm getting new tires and want to solve the problem before they get worn. Thank you.

Take it to an alignment shop and tell them the problem, and have them check the alignment. If there are worn suspension parts, they will show you.
