When i purchase my 1996 Chevy Tahoe in Feb it had 86,000mile on it then now on May 2 it jump all the way to 199,293 miles. PLEASE SOMEONE WHAT THE HELL IS THAT????

Sounds weird... if someone had the knowledge/tools to set your miles back, that wouldn't have happened, so I wouldn't think that it is from foul play... Have you ever done a carfax or anything on it? That should be tracking the miles from the annual inspection and can at least give you an idea as to what it really should be... at that point, I would take it to a dealership to have them diagnos your computer - with the car fax in hand, you can show them where your miles should be... or on the flip side, if the person you bought it from did roll back the miles and the carfax supports it, you'll have a case to go after them...
