Why does my vehicle run bad while driving and better when in full open throttle?

I have a Chevy s10 Blazer and replaced all the fuel lines, sending unit, fuel pump, spider,
coil, rotor, cap, spark plugs, wires, ignition switch, mas censor, EGR censor, timed it
correctly, new exhaust system, all the way up, replaced both o2 censors, new battery with
good connection, new alternator.
