why does my camaro surge at lower gears and drive fine at highway speed?

Asked by migration_jete002 Jul 16, 2007 at 09:13 PM about the 1995 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 Convertible RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My Z28 Camaro has trouble, in gears 1-4, at sustaining a constant speed without surging or lunging? At highway speeds, 55+ mph, it has no trouble. Why is this???
