My A/C works well for 1st 15 min and then blows regular air. When I turn it off and keep off for 5 or 6 min t hen turn back on it works again

You may have a concern with the evaporator freezing over, a system that is over charged or may have too much oil, or a compressor clutch/field that's failing. You really should have someone hook up a Manifold Gauge set and see what's going on.
