I removed the cover and bulb for the trunk light of my 2006 kia optima. When i put the cover back on, i must have done something incorrectly because all at once, a bunch of. Things stopped working. Check if fuse blew again. If it did remove cover again and inspect for pinched wires

Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I’m experiencing close to the same issues in my optima after replacing bulbs and fuses.
