I removed the cover and bulb for the trunk light of my 2006 kia optima. When i put the cover back on, i must have done something incorrectly because all at once, a bunch of. Things stopped working. The bulb went out, the interior lights, clock, key fabs, cruise control, the e.s.c, the turn signals, and the brake lights stopped working. I have replaced the fuses and it didnt solve the problem. Check if fuse blew again. If it did remove cover again and inspect for pinched wires

Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I’m experiencing close to the same issues in my optima after replacing bulbs and fuses.
