My trunk will not open
My trunk will not open with either the remote key or the button on the lower left dashboard.
May be fuse. Click these, they are 2007 Chrysler 300, maybe you can see them if you have better eyesight

2005-2008 MAG,300,CHARGER ...TRUNK MAY STOP WORKING I FIXED MINE PPL ARE SAYING FUSES BUT IF THERE FINE THERE IS A WHITE MOON SHAPE PLASTIC PIECSE BEHIND THAT BLACK COVER OVER THE LOCK MANUALLY MOVE IT LEFT TO.RIGHT AND HAVE THE LOCK LOCKED TO DO THIS WITH THE TRUNK OPEN AND HAVE SOME ONE UP FRONT PUSH TRUNK WHILE YOU PLAY WITH WHITE MOON SHAPE PLASTIC THEN IT WILL START WORKING AGAIN .DELLPC000@GMAIL.COM
PUT UR EAR TO THE TRUNK AND HIT UNLOCK BUTTON U SHOULD HERE WHAT SOUNDS LIKE IT TRYING TO UNLOCK A SMALL BEEP NOISE THATS HOW U KNOW ITS STUCK

THERES A BLACK PLASTIC COVER ON THE TRUCK LID THAT COVERS THE LOCK UNDER THAT COVER THERE IS ONE WHITE PIECE THAT MOVES BACK AND FORTH ON THAT LOCK THAT HAS TO BE MANUALLY MOVED ⏪ ⏩ BACK AND FORTH WHILE SOMEONE PRESSES THE TRUNK. BUTTON UP FRONT OR KEY PAD TO GET TRUNK MOTOR TO.FREE UP /TO MOVE AGAIN ..THATS WHAT I DID AND MINE WORKS AGAIN SEEMS LIKE TRUNK MOTOR JUST GOT CONFUSED OR SOMTHING

How long did you gave to mess with that piece? My husband bought the part and it still isnt popping. So now trying the white moon shaped piece and have done it a few times but wondering how long it took you before it started working.
Wire was broken. See in inside trunk lid, top right hand side. Pull out the rubber encasement and see wires inside. When we reattached wires (two of them)with solder, not only did the trunk lock work, the light inside trunk came on which had been off for quite some time.
