#10 underhood fuse keeps blowing 2007 chrysler 300 touring at about 3000 rpm's

#10 is for the starter and it’s low amperage so there must be a feedback in the crank circuit, could be a bad ignition switch, anti thief module, gear selector switch or wiring. Begin at the starter itself and look for burnt, cross connected or rubbed through wiring. These things are a bear when it comes to wire tracing.
