Chrysler 300 touring 2006 A/C blowing heat

My A/C is blowing out hot air, can someone tell me
what it could be?! We checked the Freon and it is
fine but worried it may be my compressor.

If it's blowing HOT air, and not just ambient temp air, then the problem is with the blend door and not the compressor or refrigerant level.
