WIRE FROM TIPM TO PCM NEEDS TO BE REPLACED ON 2010 CHRYSLER 300 TOURING...WHICH WIRE IS IT? A/C BLOWING HOT AIR. DEALERSHIP STATED THAT ARTICULAR WIRE IS CORRODED AND IT'S $650

You should check out the posts at 300cforums.com, lots of issues with TIPM and moisture/corrosion. Just search "TIPM problems" on the forum. (I can't post links on this site). As to obtaining replacement parts without breaking the bank, try all the local salvage yards. If you find one with an intact TIPM still in it, grab it, as they appear to be in high demand. In your particular case, it's more likely a corroded circuit board, as opposed to a wire, and Chrysler does not want to admit it was a badly engineered design that is causing TIPMs to fail at a high rate.
