starter will not turn

battery fully charged but my1995 impala ss has no power anywhere

check main fuse, and all wire connections from battery to starter, and to and from starter, ad aything else from the battery

Also check the terminals and make sure they are getting a good connection. easiest way to fix a corroded terminal is to soak it in some coca cola (brand name) and then hit it with a wire brush. the gm side post batteries are notorious for corrosion on the positive terminal. almost every gm i see has that problem

if you are not getting power to the starter check nuetral safety switch. make sure the stick is all the way in park.
