I have a 2007 PT Cruiser that wouldn't shift out of 1st gear. After a new computer being installed it still wouldn't and now the speedometer and odometer don't work. The shifting problem was fixed with another part being installed. What needs to be done to fix the speedometer and odometer. Also the car stalls without warning.

Was the new computer flashed with your vin # and current mileage info, a trans shop or dealer can do this for a fee. If you purchassed from a bone yard or ebay, it won't work till this info is installed.
