Can you help with my PT Door handles

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My inside door hands won't open.
Got new ones. Had them put in.
Everything hook up as should be.
But still won't open from inside.
Outside works great. Locks works
great. Please help

Probably a stretched cable in the door, have that replaced, if it's to long it won't open the door from Inside. If they put the wrong one on it may be to long.
