My car makes a weird noise while driving coneing from the front and I can feel the noise in the wheel. What could this be??

It's kind of like bobbling noise

Bad wheel bearing most likely. Raise the wheel off the ground. Car in neutral, spin the wheel and grab the spring. If the bearing is bad, you'll feel it in the spring.
