Can I reprogram my key fobs

Asked by Robert Sep 04, 2015 at 07:00 PM about the 2005 Chrysler Town & Country Touring LWB FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Both of my key fobs stopped working. Both were working yesterday and my wife said the one she has stopped, so I checked the spare and it is not working either.

Thats strange...yes if a battery is all thats needed in your fob, I hope you still have your owner's manual for instructions. If not you can purchase aftermarket fobs...

The batteries check good in both fobs. The keys will open the door and start the engine. It is the locking/opening functions that have stopped with both fobs. So my question is...In the instructions I have looked at it says with the working fob.....Then follow this for programing. I seem to have both fobs not working. They worked this morning and now they don't. Just the lock/unlock/open functions.
