If you hear the electric motor running when you try to raise the window, then it is what is called the window regulator is broken and will have to be replaced. Not expensive if you can do it your self, but costly in a shop. I had to do left & right on my Jag, the shop quoted me $750. to do the job. I did it for $156.00 myself. for both doors.

If the switch itself is broken, not the motor, then you can get spare parts from Saturn or a junkyard, and replace the switches in the center console panel yourself.
