Timing chain

Crazy question but I have a 02 Saturn L200 and was wondering about the timing belt or
is it chain ~ I have 180,000 miles on it and does it need to be changed any time soon

You are lucky it's lasted this long! Have a mechanic check for chain sounds (slapping) in case it's loosening up. Some Saturn engines have a port in the engine where the chain indicator can be checked. Ask a mechanic about it
