my 1992 sc saturn has a clicking sound coming from under the energency brake area and i can't seem to figure out what it is. it wont start because of it now? anyone have answers please!

drove car to and from work everyday fine license got suspended so stopped driving. went to start up wouldn't start so tryed to charge battery put cables on wrong now car is making ticking noises under where the energency brake is where there seems to be a circuit panel of some sort and can't figure out what sound or why car won't start. Could i have fried something or could it be a simple fuse? help!

Yeah...battery and ebrake are not related, whatsoever... your rear brakes may be locked up from sitting for so long. Rip on the ebrake, see if that breaks the brakes loose.

My brakes seem to be fine because i got it to start after charging and drove around block but still not working or driving right and when I turn it off won't start up again. but when it's sitting not turned on it still has this ticking noise that won't stop no matter what and the noise is coming from a box located under the ebrake console. any idead what ticking could be or what the circiut board under the ebrake is or what it is called. I no nothing about cars...need help plz

its probably your exhaust ticking. And get your battery tested, you probably fried it.
