1993 SATURN Sl2 keeps overheating

Blew the radiator about a month ago but engine
serviced. Replaced radiator and thermostat plus
fuse for fan that had blown. Fans are working but
still overheating and leaking from top of reservoir.
What now?

Bleed air flow system like this. Remove cap from overflow tank fill with antifreeze to full mark leave cap off and start vehicle and let idle you will notice level in tank start to rise this is normal once thermostat starts to open level in tank will drop add more antifreeze to full mark then put cap back on.

I did that but still boiling over. Could it be some kind of sensor?
