Overheating

Hello I have a 96 Saturn sw2 I got the car with the
radiator cracked so I replace the radiator still
overheating and then replaced thermostat along
with cooling temp sensor hand water pump still
having the same problem my cooling fan isn't
coming on regularly when motor is it operating
temp I turn my AC on fan comes on for a little bit
but then kicks off temp goes down when fan goes
on but fan doesn't stay on like it should or come on
like it should I'm thinking maybe the relay switch

Yeah I would try that the Relay first could also be the fans themselves the wiring or something with the fans good luck it looks like you've done everything I would have suggested so if it isn't the fuse relay it might be cheaper just to have it diagnosed by somebody because otherwise you're just throwing Parts at it.
